Facility Operations Specialist

Summary This position is located in the DEA, El Paso Intelligence Division, El Paso, Texas. This position primary purpose is to ensure that the buildings, infrastructures, and support services operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment of organizational goals. Responsibilities As a Facility Manager your typical work assignments may include: Serves as the Facilities Manager and procurator for all repairs of the interior/exterior building structure, to include electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting, carpeting, furniture, furnishings, as well as the planning of upgrading projects. Develops short-term/long-term plans, programs, and budgets for minor construction, maintenance, and repair facilities. Provides support as the Facilities Manager in the implementation of policies, plans, and programs involving real property, space planning, renovations, furniture activities, building operations services, maintenance, and facilities management at a DEA-owned building/space.
