Facility Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly detail-oriented Facility Operations Specialist who will play a pivotal role in identifying, preventing, and mitigating operational non‑compliances across our P3 facilities. This role systematically reviews operational activities, uncovers risks before they escale, and ensures that all maintenance, service delivery, and asset management activities meet contractual, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.

You will report directly to the Field Service Manager. Preferred work location is Calgary, AB, but we will consider applicants willing to work in ON and BC as well.

As a key member of the Compliance and Standards Team, the successful candidate will work closely with Field Service Manager, Facility Managers, and client teams to perform forward‑looking compliance reviews, correct deficiencies, and enhance the reliability and quality of our operational delivery.
