Facility Operations Specialist

This position located in the Facility Operations Office, Facility Services, Integrated Support Services (ISS), Library of Congress (LC). The incumbent supports the management of facilities and equipment within the Library of Congress, focusing on Library facilities to include physical structures, utilities, surrounding grounds, custodial and food services. This position performs a variety of administrative services to inspect, maintain, repair/modify facilities, and to operate facility programs and services efficiently. This role ensures the stewardship of assets and facilities, promoting their use and enjoyment while protecting natural and cultural resources.
