facility senior technician

• Diploma or Certificate in Building Services Engineering or a related technical discipline

• Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security

• Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for facilities maintenance and repair

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Good communication skills to liaise with employees and vendors

• Basic computer skills to maintain records and documentation
