Location: John W. Lindsay YMCA and Community Y

About the Role

Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, the facility staff (full‑time contract) plays a vital role in ensuring that the YMCA facility is clean, safe, and welcoming for members, guests, and staff. This position includes general cleaning and minor maintenance tasks within the building, as well as upkeep of exterior areas including sidewalks and entryways.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Y Way quality standards through the provision of a welcoming, inclusive, and positive member experience.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the John W. Lindsay YMCA and Community Y, including gymnasiums, locker rooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
