Facility Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain factory facilities, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations.
• Manage daily operation and preventive maintenance of facilities systems, including electrical, compressed air, water, gas, ESD, and fire protection systems.
• Support production and quality teams by ensuring facilities conditions meet manufacturing and quality requirements for optical and electronic components.
• Handle facilities-related issues — perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for maintenance, repair, calibration, and installation works.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (EHS, fire safety, factory audits, etc.).
