Facility Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all family-owned properties.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage and supervise maintenance staff and external vendors.
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems function efficiently.
• Handle minor repairs and troubleshoot facility issues promptly.
• Monitor security systems and uphold property safety standards.
• Coordinate renovation or improvement projects with contractors and designers.
• Track maintenance budgets, log expenses, and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure all work is carried out with discretion and high confidentiality.
• Be on-call for emergencies and urgent repair needs.

Job Requirements:
