Position Summary

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and development of all institutional facilities. The role ensures that infrastructure, systems, and services meet operational needs while complying with safety, regulatory, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, county, and national regulations.
• Oversee building maintenance, renovations, repairs, landscaping, and infrastructure development.
• Conduct weekly facility inspections and submit maintenance plans to management.
• Monitor utilities consumption and implement cost-control measures.
