Facility Supervisor - Peakline Pty Ltd

Our client, North Queensland Fresh Pty Ltd, is seeking experienced and motivated Facility Supervisors to oversee the daily operations of their horticultural packing facility. This role is critical in maintaining export-quality fruit handling, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across all processes. Reporting to the Facility Plant Manager, Facility Supervisors will lead packing operations, manage staff, and uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and export compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise fruit inspection, quality control, and packing processes to meet customer and export market specifications.
2. Ensure compliance with Interstate Certification Arrangements (ICA 38, ICA 48, CTM-01), CGMMV protocols, and DAFF regulations.
