Facility Supervisor

• System Operations & Maintenance: Support and troubleshoot generators, transformers, switchgear, UPS, panels, lighting, and controls; manage documentation and conduct planned outages.
• Design & Project Management: Develop electrical designs, cost estimates, and permit drawings; manage small to medium electrical projects from concept to turnover.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to electrical codes, manufacturer specs, and environmental regulations; train electricians on safe practices.
• Budget & Planning: Support budget development for electrical maintenance and capital investments; evaluate existing systems for upgrades.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Solicit bids, evaluate materials, and oversee contractor work for installations and repairs.
• Life Safety Systems: Coordinate and provide expertise for fire alarm and other life safety systems (e.g., Simplex).
