The Facility Technician is responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and repair of installed electrical, mechanical and other systems to ensure cost-effective, safe operation of an assigned facility with a view to long-term preservation of the asset value. * Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems in compliance with local codes and standards. * Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations. * Understand equipment and methods of operations, Client systems, and fire and life safety systems.
