Facility Technician

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Adheres to all Company Policy & Procedures and Department Procedures.

· Brings to the attention of management problems, which affect the production and quality of the area for which responsible.

· Completes all assignments in a timely manner.

· Carry out maintenance and repair on machinery and facility.

· Execute of Preventive Maintenance Program.

· Follow up the Maintenance activities, Outside Electrical, Painting, HVAC Systems and outside contractors.

· Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Facility Supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

· Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Written and verbal communication skills

· Safely lift 35 pounds

· Ability to work day/swing/night shift as required
