Facility Technician II

Job Summary

Under minimal supervision, the Facility Technician II participates in advanced skilled maintenance of the facility operations, such as systems of plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and electrical, steam/boiler, fire alarm and sprinkler, medical gas, and building automation. The Facility Technician II performs a wide variety of preventive or corrective maintenance duties, inspections, diagnosis and testing, installation, and repairs of the facility mechanical systems. The Facility Technician II will also provide security services in the organization.
