Factory director

Requirements:
1. Academic background not restricted (university degree preferred)
2.Over 10 years' experience in machining and sheet metal manufacturing
operations management, including at least 5 years' comprehensive
management experience in large-scale enterprises; preference given to
candidates with independent operational and management experience of
machining plants in Vietnam;
3. Core competencies: Exceptional strategic thinking and operational
decision-making capabilities; proficiency in financial control and cost
optimisation; outstanding cross-departmental coordination and problem-
solving skills; ability to effectively integrate internal and external
resources to drive strategic implementation; strong resilience under
pressure with a pronounced achievement orientation.
