Job Description
- Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the plant (e.g., INR 800 Crore+ facility) and oversee production targets.
- Performance Metrics: Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, health & safety (HSE), and cost reduction.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a large team, fostering a culture of high performance and productivity.
- Project & Process Improvement: Spearhead, or lead, greenfield projects and new product launches while improving existing manufacturing workflows.
- Client Relations: Manage high-level client expectations and ensure on-time, quality delivery
