Mission Details

Logistics job
• Accuracy and integrity of records with regards to raw and packaging materials and finished goods and other related inventories
• Inventories kept on zero variance or reasonable variance  * Assist the Assistant Manager in processing of Sales Invoice. *File all documents.
Documentation & Logistics Prepare tally sheet.
• Count and get batch number before loading.
• Make Delivery Gate pass & Packing list.

Dispatch deliveries.
• Monitor all sales invoice for delivery and delivered (DGPL).
• Transmit to head office all documents of delivered inventories.
• Perform the following DIY transaction: a.) tagging per batch, b.) bar coding, c.) consignment, and d.) printing of bar codes.
