Factory Manager

Overall management of fabrication and production activities. Planning and monitoring production schedules. Managing manpower, supervisors, and workers. Ensuring quality control and timely project completion. Monitoring material consumption and inventory. Implementing safety standards and factory compliance. Coordination with clients, vendors, and project teams. Cost control, productivity improvement, and reporting to management. Requirements Diploma/B.E. Mechanical / Production Engineering. Experience in fabrication, signboard, structural steel, or engineering manufacturing units. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and structural works. Ability to manage factory operations and workforce. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards. Leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills. Bond Period: Minimum 1 Year (if applicable by company policy)
