At Citra, we aren't just making panels; we are building the future of efficient construction. As our Factory Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our production facility. We are looking for a hands‑on leader with a strong mechanical engineering background who can optimize workflows, ensure uncompromising quality, and lead a multi‑disciplinary team using a philosophy of empowerment and accountability. In this role, you will oversee our end‑to‑end manufacturing process – from the precision CNC cutting of EPS to the casting of concrete webs and the final assembly of our specialized panels.
