Factory Manager - Separation Technology (SET)

Description

• Secure overall performance, output and development of the factory.
• Secure safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products (quality, delivery, cost).
• Decide and implement the Vital Few for the factory.
• Implement policies, standards, values and culture.
• Secure result of continuous improvement activities.
• Implement and maintain supply chain processes.
• Initiate supplier development activities together with central support functions.
• Coordinate new product development.

Can include Site responsibility:
• Lead and develop the Site.
• Co-ordinate site shared functions, such as HR, Finance, Real estate etc.
• Responsible for common site activities.
• Being the local Alfa Laval representative and contact person.
• Union contacts.
