Factory Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be exclusively supporting a specialist manufacturing business in their search for a Factory Manager role. This position will take site responsibility for a key facility in the global Groups' operation, leading the manufacturing processes, engineering and maintenance activities and customer site visits.

Responsibilities;

• Managing a team of skilled Operatives and Engineers
• Site training and compliance
• Driving a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitoring sales forecasts to optimise production and process operations.
• Developing and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success.
• Leading change initiatives, driving cost-saving improvements, and enhancing processes.
• Project management, including new production line setup
• Maintain all machinery, managing a team of maintenance technicians
