Our client in Limpopo and Mpumalanga is looking for a Factory Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the hardware/ retail industry.

10 years of experience as Factory Manager in steel/ fabrication industry.

Good understanding about production machinery and its service & repairs.

Oversee all aspects of the steel manufacturing process, planning, scheduling, quality control & raw material arrangement.

Ability to Manage a team of staffs up to 50 staff.

Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Understanding about factory labour guidelines & safety procedures.
