Aluvent is a well-established Glass and Aluminium Construction Company seeking an experienced and hands-on Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, quality, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality aluminium and glass products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily factory operations, including production planning and scheduling
• Supervise factory staff, team leaders, and supervisors
• Ensure all aluminium and glass products meet required quality standards
• Oversee cutting, fabrication, assembly, and glazing processes
• Implement and maintain health & safety standards within the factory
