Factory Planning Manager (Fixed‑Term Contract)

We are seeking a Factory Planning Manager to join our Auckland manufacturing team on a 6–8 month fixed‑term contract. This role suits an experienced planner or senior planning specialist who is ready to step into a leadership role and take ownership of planning and inventory activities for a defined period.

Responsibilities

• Leading weekly planning meetings with Supply Chain Planning and Production to deliver clear, executable factory production plans.
• Managing raw material replenishment and site inventory, including cycle counts, SLOB management, stock reconciliation and end‑of‑year stocktake.
• Leading the planning and warehouse teams to ensure safe, compliant operations aligned with requirements.
• Building and managing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful delivery of operational plans.
