Factory Supervisor - Job Description   
Responsibilities:  Interpret and understand technical drawings and shop drawings 
Conduct on-site measurements and verify dimensions accurately 
Perform material cutting and preparation according to drawings 
Operate woodworking machinery and tools safely and efficiently 
Plan and order required materials for production and installation 
Supervise, assign, and manage workers' daily tasks and workflow 
Ensure quality control during fabrication and installation 
Lead and participate in on-site cabinet installation works 
Coordinate with site teams to ensure work progress meets schedule 
Requirements:  Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior carpenter / carpentry foreman 
Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings
