About The Role
Provide operational and administrative support to logistics processes, ensuring the correct execution of billing and supporting complementary activities according to defined guidelines.
What You Will Do
Administrative support to offices; system data entry; basic operational coordination following guidelines.
Execution of daily billing; information validation; document consistency; registration and filing of documents.
Basic recording and control of movements; support in physical counts; reporting of deviations.
Basic document tracking; file updating; incident escalation.
Apply the organization's policies to ensure the safety of people and property, and comply with quality, environmental standards, and current regulations.
Assist with the tasks assigned by the direct supervisor related to the responsibilities of the area.
