About the role
The Field Application Engineer is part of the Sales & Marketing department. He drives all necessary technical support actions to secure business creation at customers across a wide portfolio
What you will do
Accountable for driving design wins in their target accounts
Successfully builds relationships with customer R&D, test and other technical teams, to catch every design-in opportunity
Drive customer visits for technical product presentations, demonstrations, and value proposition deployment
Actively follow up customer project design process, and provide prompt responses to project changes and customer requests to secure the win
Successfully builds relationships with sales and marketing team members, BGs, partners and customers in support of sales team objectives
Synthesises customer and competitive insights to improve product definition and roadmaps
