Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
The individual holding this position is responsible for (but not limited to) providing comprehensive testing engineering services, supporting the development and maintenance of production testing processes, especially in analyzing PCBA failures to quickly identify issues, analyze causes, and propose improvement measures, in order to ensure product quality reliability, smooth production, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
ØMaintain & standardize the test documents accordingly to IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001
ØPromptly escalation of production testing issues and troubleshooting of antennas CDI RF testing abnormalities
ØImprove and maintain the production fixtures (RF) and testing software
ØLead the maintenance and calibration activities on testing equipment, i.e., Network Analyzer and Power Supply, etc.
