The Technology and Quality organization is tasked with delivering customer focused quality, reliable solutions, and infrastructure for Cisco products. **Your Impact**

Failure analysis & Prevention Segment lead will drive the improvements in the accuracy of the fault duplication and isolation.
* Experience with complex high speed board design and board bring-up.
* Install/upgrade/downgrade Sonic operating system on 8000 products.
* Provide direction and techniques on customer’s issues duplication and isolation.
* Engage Design engineering and communicate finding and resolutions for HW and SW field issues.
