Failure Analysis Manager

This is a full-time Failure Analysis/Debug Manager role at ASTRODYNE TDI SDN. BHD. based in Perai, Penang. As the Failure Analysis/Debug Manager, you will lead FA team in managing RMA investigations, manufacturing defect analysis, and quality-related issue resolution. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire failure analysis process, from root cause identification to preparing and delivering technical reports and for communicating findings directly with customers to ensure timely, accurate, and professional feedback. The FA Manager will work closely with design, engineering, and quality teams to drive corrective and preventive actions that enhance product reliability.
