As a permanent member of this dynamic team, you will utilize your engineering background to analyze component failures deeply. Your responsibilities include preparing technical reports, developing SOPs, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and efficiency. Knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical principles will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Determine component failure root causes through thorough analysis • Prepare detailed technical reports documenting findings • Assist in developing SOPs for remanufacturing processes • Lead initiatives that improve safety and manufacturing margins • Work closely with production and customer service teams
