OEM Remanufacturing is Finning's flagship remanufacturing facility rebuilding some of the largest Caterpillar mining equipment in the world. Our Technical Services department is looking for someone like you to join our dynamic failure analysis team. In this role you will learn the process of failure analysis on Caterpillar components in order to determine the root cause of component failure. By analyzing and determining the root cause of failures through documenting components on the shop floor, researching component history, and generating technical failure analysis reports, significant changes can be made to internal process, component design, and use.
