Failure Analysis Technician

Job Summary

The Failure Analysis (FA) Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality failure analysis of power supply units and their components. This role ensures timely, accurate, and reliable FA results, which the factory team uses to drive improvement and containment actions. By supporting productivity, yield, quality, and cost targets, the FA Technician contributes significantly to overall operational performance. This position will report to Failure Analysis Supervisor / Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting

2. Conduct failure analysis on units and components submitted for FA, ensuring all are processed within the allowable timeline (e.g., not exceeding 20 days in the FA area).

3. Perform troubleshooting to identify root causes and deplete units for analysis, meeting the target output per model.
