Responsibilities The primary duties of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Clinical Counselor are to: Deliver comprehensive FAP services to active duty Marines, their family members, and others as authorized by Department of Defense (DoD) policy. Provide non-medical counseling, screening, assessment, evidence-based and informed interventions, service planning, and clinical case management services.
