Job Description
- Provide support and advocacy to maintain family unit.
- Participate in all case conferences, and planning for all children and families
- Case notes all meetings and provide update in client files
- Monitor status and implementation of all open files with all Child Welfare agencies
- Follow up with families to ensure all information is correct and services are being provided
- Make referrals to appropriate resources
- Provide transportation to ensure children are kept out of care, should protection not be warranted.
- Liaison with community resources to provide support to families.
- Provide community members with education by way of posters, pamphlets and workshops
- Other duties as required

- High standards of ethics and confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
