Job Summary

The Offshore Family Care Team Administrator (Email) is responsible for delivering high-quality, email-based administrative and customer service support to our centres, the Family Care Team (FCT), and families.

This role ensures timely, accurate, and professional written communication, supporting a seamless experience for prospective, new, and existing families through efficient inbox management and meticulous administration.

Primary function

This role’s primary responsibility is to respond to enquiries received through the Centre, Family Feedback, and Family Care inboxes in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Secondary responsibilities (during idle time, if capacity permits)

  • Auditing immunisation records and issuing reminders to families
  • Checking Child Care Subsidy (CCS) statuses to support enrolment progression
