Family Health Team Physician Position

Join the dynamic Tilbury District Family Health Team as a Family Physician in Ontario. Deliver comprehensive healthcare to a diverse patient population in the Chatham-Kent region.
This role operates within a Patient Model Family Health Organization and provides opportunities to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. Your tasks will include managing treatment plans, educating patients, and documenting care through the Accuro EMR system. You’ll also engage in teaching experiences and community support initiatives.
