+ Performs assessments and provides recommendations for repairs needed under the Change of Occupancy Maintenance of housing properties.

+ Evaluates internal program effectiveness.

+ Possesses basic knowledge of various trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry

+ Has strong background in minor construction and repairs with focus on finish carpentry
