**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**Dignity Health Medical Group** - Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Department of Family Medicine as **Core Faculty** for the rural/underserved track for Creighton University East Valley Arizona Family Medicine Residency Program in **Maricopa, Arizona** .

**Opportunity Highlights:**

+ Outpatient + Inpatient teaching service coverage and/or Family Medicine Obstetrics
+ Outpatient Mon-Fri days with dedicated non-clinical teaching time per ACGME requirements
+ Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
+ Call is 1:4 or less (by telephone only with residents being first call)
+ Outpatient: 16 patient-facing hours, 16 precepting hours, 4 admin hours, 4 teaching hours per week
+ Inpatient: Every 4th week or less frequently, 1 week at a time x 7 days with compensation days provided (No outpatient duties during inpatient week or post-inpatient compensation days)
