**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona** is actively seeking highly patient-centric **Family Medicine with OB** physicians to join the Family Medicine Department at our Queen Creek Clinic in Queen Creek, Arizona.

**Opportunity Highlights:**

+ Outpatient + Family Medicine Ob with C-section/Surgical Obstetrics Training
+ Outpatient Mon-Fri days, Ob/L&D call integrated with other faculty from family medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program, and a large private Ob hospitalist group
+ Optional inpatient service
+ Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
+ Call is 1:4 or less (by telephone only)
+ Avg 18-24 patients per day on outpatient days
+ Great MA support + RN onsite
+ Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix–Open rank based on prior experience and academic output
