Job Description
The Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) is delighted to be recruiting a new Family Nurse to join one of our teams based in Dunfermline.
FNP is a specialist relational intensive home visiting service offered to all eligible first‑time pregnant mothers aged 20 years and under, and aged 25 and under if care‑experienced. The programme runs from early pregnancy until the first child turns two years of age. Family nurses deliver the programme alongside the universal Child Health Surveillance Programme (CHSP) and also act as the named person for the child.
Responsibilities
Deliver the FNP programme to eligible families from early pregnancy to two years of age.
Manage an appropriate caseload and work autonomously to prioritise complex needs within the structured programme.
Form strong therapeutic relationships and provide person‑centred care.
Maintain reflective practice to promote programme delivery and improvement.
