JOB TITLE: Family Nurse Practitioner

SCHEDULE: Mon. – Thurs., 8am-5pm; Fri., 8am-12pm

DEPARTMENT: Leon Health Clinic

Provide primary health care services to patients in accordance with Clinic policies and procedures and the Texas laws governing the practice of a Nurse Practitioner, and under direction and responsibility of the Clinic Administrator, by performing these and other duties as assigned.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas
• Texas Driver’s License and Proof of Liability Insurance
• Eligible to authorize Prescription Drug Orders according to the rules of the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

• Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Program
• Fifth year college or university program certificate; or
• Two to four years related experi...
