Family office Accountant - Muscat, Oman

Our client, a family office based in the Sultanate in Oman, is seeking to hire an accountant with a good understanding of VAT, local laws, banking and compliance. 

The candidate with proven experience working in a family office or an owner-managed environment in the region is mandatory. Responsibilities will include daily Expenses and budget control, staff salaries and household payroll as well as asset accounting.

The successful applicant should have experience managing and tracking assets such as properties, vehicles and other high-value items including maintenance, insurance and related expenses. High integrity, confidentiality, and a stable work history is essential.  Fluent in English written and spoken, if you also speak Arabic this would be advantageous.
