Job Description
A well-established national law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal to join its team in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire on a hybrid working basis.
The role will involve supporting solicitors on a mixed caseload of private and public family law matters, including child arrangements, care proceedings, and broader Children Act work. You will work under supervision as part of a busy and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist solicitors with private and public family law caseloads
• Draft correspondence, witness statements, applications, and court documents
• Prepare court bundles and upload documents via the Court Portal
• Conduct legal research and summarise findings for fee earners
• Liaise with clients, barristers, social workers, and other third parties
• Maintain accurate and organised case files and documentation
• Assist with disclosure, evidence gathering, and expert instructions
• Support time recording and billing processes...
