Position Summary

We invite you to join our dynamic and continuously evolving team at WELL Health as a Family Physician. This is an in‑clinic position, providing primary care services. You will support comprehensive patient care through the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute, chronic, and preventive health needs. This position requires on‑site work at our clinic in Halton, Ontario.

What you will be doing

• Provide full‑scope family medicine care within the 360° Care+ Program.
• Carry out all duties required of a primary care physician.
• Provide ongoing coverage when needed.
