Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Location: Poughkeepsie or Fishkill, NY
Schedule: Mon Fri, 8am 5pm or 8:30am 5pm
Employment: Full-time, Permanent

• Adult-only primary & preventive care
• Patient volume: /day
• 30 min new visits; 15 min follow-ups
• In-house lab, radiology, and phlebotomy
• Support from NPs/PAs, LPNs, MAs
• Strong multispecialty referral network
  

• Base salary
• 4 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays
