**POSITION STATUS/HOURS:** Full-time, salaried/exempt, benefit eligible position; Clinic is open Monday-Wednesday 7 am — 7 pm and Thursday & Friday, 7 am — 5 pm
**REPORTS TO:** President/CEO

**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Clinic Family Practice Physician with OB is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment and/or referral of patients in accordance with appropriate Wisconsin statutes and federal regulations.
The Clinic Family Practice Physician with OB will:
ΓÇó Elicit a personal medical history; performs an appropriate physical examination and records pertinent data in the patient's medical record
