Job Description

                    A mission-driven Primary Care Clinic near San Jose, CA is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their team.
Compensation: $211,000 - $250,000
Opportunity:Employment type: Permanent, direct hire position
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Schedule: Monday- Friday; 8a-5p Full and Part-time available 
NO E.R. or on-call required
Signing Bonus: $5,000
20 Days of PTO + 13 paid holidays
90% Employer-paid insurance premiums
NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible employer
H1B visa eligible 
 Provide primary care to adults with an emphasis on preventive care 
Qualifications:
Must possess MD/DO degree from an accredited university
