 Clinical Details 
 Clinic 8a-5p Monday - Friday 
 Call by phone - equal rotation between providers 
 70% Adult, 20% Geriatric, %10 Pediatric Clinic 
 18-20 patients per day 
 Requirements 
 Board Certified 
 Active AZ License or IMLC
