                    Hello, I am in need of a FM west of Los Angeles area. See details below. 
Location: Fillmore
Length: 3months
Start: ASAP
Credentialing: 2 weeks
Patient volume: 3/4 per Hr
Staffing: 2 up front; 2 MA s; 1 LVN
EMR: Next Gen
All-Inclusive Rates
BC: MUST BE FM
All ages
Schedule: M-F; 9am-530pm; 1 late shift per week from 11a-8pm on either Monday or Thursday
2 part interview process
