Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Primary Care California 4-5 days per week

Details:

• Location: near Sacramento, CA
• Duration: November/December Ongoing 6 month locums (option to extend)
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p or Tue-Fri 8a-6p
• Scope: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
• Volume: up to 20 PPD (1 hour built-in admin. Time)
• EMR: Epic
• Group Support: 1 MD, 2 NP s
• Credentialing:
• Require: Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, CA License/DEA, Medi-Cal enrollment preferred
• Credentialing: 30-60 days
